Church of the Resurrection Mens Golf League

You waited for it, you looked your wife in the eye and imagined a lush green fairway. She called your name to try to shake you from your trance. Despair no longer, the weather is done teasing. It's back to 40's and snow. It must be the start of the 2008/2009 Church of the Resurrection Golf League.

We have just completed our 1st week, but you can still join in on the fun!

Hartland Fourth of July Parade

Mark your calendars for the Sunday afternoon prior to the 4th of July and join us as the Church of the Resurrection participates in the Hartland Fourth of July Parade. Traditionally, the church participates by providing a float. Each year, the float has a theme which links back to youth activities at the church.

The Friday night prior to the parade, we sponsor a float building party. See the fun we had! in 2008.

Crop Hunger Walk

The humanitarian agency Church World Service (CWS) announces the start of its spring season of CROP community fund-raising walks -- and the 60th anniversary CROP events. Since 1947, Church World Service’s CROP community events have provided an effective means for individuals, congregations, and communities to respond to humanitarian needs worldwide.

Rally Day 2008

Rally Day marked the beginning of fall programming at Church of the Resurrection; Sunday school, confirmation, small group ministries and more all kick off on Rally Day, Sunday September 7th. After the 10:00am worship service, the congregation was invited to a cookout. There was time to catch up with friends, listen to music, and play carnival games with your kids.

Members came for the fun as well as grew in faith with family and friends.

Go out into the world with the good news of Jesus!

The Rockets ROAR!!!!!

The church has recouped its athletic spirit this year and formed its own co-ed softball team. The team is comprised of approximately 15 - 18 members of all ages.
